The Aglianico is a dark, full-bodied wine overflowing with sweet and savoury flavours, from black fruits through to cured and smoked meats.
Its subtle yet highly pleasant hints of herbs and spices, including cinnamon and oregano, are well suited to strong, dominant meat and cheese dishes, as well as pastas and breads.
