From selection of grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, left slightly to dry on the plant, we obtain an intense ruby red wine, ethereal, with a large body and with notes of ripe fruits and spices, with a persistent taste.
The Lagarino is aged in oak barrels for 24 months. It follows a further aging in bottle for at least 6 months.
Given the long aging period it is advisable to decant the wine in advance.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Roasted meats, aged cheeses, strong flavoured Mediterranean dishes and dark chocolate.
Serve at temperature between 16-18°C.
